Alpha & Omega Painting is a family-owned business. Matt Komorowski leads the team, bringing experience across residential, strata, commercial and industrial painting. Our business is based at 62 Fawcett Road #2 in Coquitlam, with projects throughout the Lower Mainland.
Our team manages the painting process from colour consultation and surface preparation through priming, painting and the final walkthrough. Our work extends beyond a change of colour. Alongside interior and exterior painting, we offer drywall repair and installation, heritage painting, deck staining and renovation services. That broader range is useful when the work beneath the paint needs attention too: a damaged wall, a room being remodelled or an exterior with woodwork to restore.

Check current coverage
Ask our team for current liability-insurance documentation and WorkSafeBC clearance information when arranging your project. Check the named business, coverage and effective dates against the work being quoted.
A clearly defined scope
Identify the rooms and surfaces to be painted, the repairs required and what will be left as it is. Walls, ceilings, doors and trim should be clear in the estimate so you can compare like for like.
Preparation before paint
Discuss damaged drywall, loose coatings, caulking and other surface issues at the start. A finish depends on what it is applied to; the preparation belongs in the plan, alongside the colour and sheen.
A plan for an occupied property
Tell us which rooms, entrances or work areas need to stay usable. Agree on furniture, access, protection and the sequence of work before the project begins.
A walkthrough & written terms
Review the finished work against the agreed scope. Before accepting the quote, ask what workmanship warranty applies and obtain any coverage, duration, exclusions and claim process in writing.
