Sharing a brief starts the conversation. The final scope, price and work dates belong in your written project agreement.
Share the address, property type and surfaces involved. Include your preferred timing and anything that may affect access, such as strata rules or business hours.
Discuss existing damage, preparation, colour choices and any supporting repairs. The team can confirm what further information or property assessment is needed to prepare your estimate.
Check the surfaces, preparation, materials and exclusions before booking. Confirm access, scheduling and payment terms with the team; sending an enquiry does not reserve a start date.

Yes. Email photographs to admin@alphaomegapainting.ca with the property address and a short description. Include wider views and close-ups of peeling paint, damaged walls or other repair areas. Photos help explain the brief, but the team may still need to assess the property before confirming the scope.
No. You can start by phone or email, or use the project enquiry form on this page. If you would like to visit our Coquitlam office, call first to arrange a time. A project enquiry and an office visit are separate from scheduling work at your property.
Yes. Our Coquitlam-based team serves the Lower Mainland, including Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Include your full project address and preferred dates when you contact us so the team can discuss the location, scope and scheduling.
Call during business hours or include your preferred timeframe in your enquiry. Mention fixed dates such as moving day, a tenancy change, a council meeting or a business opening. Availability and the work sequence need to be confirmed with the team before a start date is agreed.
