House painting for Vancouver homes, with an approach shaped by the rooms, exterior details and character you want to keep.

YOUR PROPERTY, CONSIDERED
From a character home in Kitsilano to a family house in East Vancouver or an apartment in the West End, a home repaint begins with what makes the space yours. Our team travels from Coquitlam to serve Vancouver. This page brings together residential options; our dedicated Vancouver interior page covers the details of painting inside your home.
START WITH THE RIGHT SERVICE
Use this page to plan the home as a whole. For an interior-only brief, our dedicated Vancouver interior guide explains room preparation and suite access; businesses have a separate commercial guide.
Explore all painting & renovation services ↗For a condo or house interior, define rooms, ceilings and trim alongside building access. Continue to the dedicated Vancouver interior guide for the narrower scope.
For a house exterior, include side and lane access and identify siding, doors and decorative details. Keep retained natural materials out of the paint scope.
Original woodwork and existing coating layers need a considered assessment. Identify the features you want preserved before choosing a new appearance.
Where a home forms part of a strata property, establish what is private and what needs approval before including exterior or shared elements.
BEFORE THE FIRST COAT
A combined house-painting enquiry can include more than one service. Keep the boundaries explicit so the preparation and timing for each part remain clear.

Elevations, siding and architectural details.
Allow access, surface condition and suitable weather to shape the plan.
A coordinated list with separate surface groups.
Compare preparation and timing for each stage rather than one undivided allowance.
YOUR ESTIMATE, MADE CLEARER
A Vancouver house enquiry should include the side yards, rear and lane approach, not just the street-facing photograph. Inside, identify occupied rooms and original details you want retained. If business premises are involved, use the dedicated Vancouver commercial painting page so operating hours and work zones receive their own assessment.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND YOUR PROJECT
Alpha & Omega Painting is a family-owned company, led by Matt Komorowski. We serve Vancouver from our Coquitlam base.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Visit our Vancouver interior painting page for room planning, trim, preparation and suite access. For a combined interior and exterior project, tell us about both parts so the estimate can separate them clearly.
Interior work is usually organized by rooms and surfaces, with attention to repairs, furniture and daily use. Exterior work needs a review of siding, trim, previous coatings and access around the building. Request separate preparation and finish descriptions for each. Outdoor scheduling also depends on suitable surface and weather conditions.
Identify original trim, detailed woodwork and any areas with repeated coating failure before the estimate. Avoid assuming every old surface can receive the same preparation. The coating history and condition need assessment first. If you want to retain period features, discuss those explicitly and review our heritage-painting service.
