A considered refresh for Port Moody homes and shared properties, from interior rooms to exterior surfaces and common areas.

YOUR PROPERTY, CONSIDERED
Port Moody projects can range from a condo near the inlet to a detached home in Heritage Mountain or a shared residential property. Those spaces have different access, light and scheduling needs. Our Coquitlam-based team starts with your property and your priorities, then helps define the preparation and painting to include.
START WITH THE RIGHT SERVICE
A suite interior and a strata-wide repaint should have different briefs. For Port Moody properties, choose the relevant scope before collecting colours, access instructions and approvals.
Explore all painting & renovation services ↗Identify the common entrances, halls or exterior areas to include, together with the council or manager responsible for agreeing the work.
For a condo refresh, collect lift bookings and building access rules along with the surfaces inside the suite. Include doors and ceilings only where required.
Assess the sides of a house separately, including planting, restricted access and worn existing coatings rather than treating the exterior as a single surface.
List deck boards, steps and railings individually. An existing stain may need different preparation from painted trim on the same property.
BEFORE THE FIRST COAT
A clear division of responsibility helps the owner, manager and painting team plan the same project. Start with the property’s own documents and access arrangements.

YOUR ESTIMATE, MADE CLEARER
For a Port Moody condo, the route from unloading to the suite can matter as much as access inside the room. Share loading restrictions, elevator availability and protection requirements early. For a larger strata enquiry, include a building list and any existing maintenance scope, so proposed phases can be compared against the same surfaces and expectations.

Meet Alpha & Omega · Our Lower Mainland team
THE PEOPLE BEHIND YOUR PROJECT
Alpha & Omega Painting is a family-owned company, led by Matt Komorowski. We serve Port Moody from our Coquitlam base.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
We offer strata painting as well as work inside individual homes. A council or property manager can discuss the common-property scope with us, including access and resident communication.
List the rooms and surfaces inside the suite, then collect the building’s access rules: lift bookings, contractor parking, working hours and any protection required in common areas. Tell the team whether furniture will stay in place. Work on common property needs to be identified separately from work you can authorize within your suite.
Ask for the scope to distinguish individual buildings, entrances and common interior areas. Colour approval, resident access and notices can then be discussed for each stage. Any phased schedule needs agreement with the strata or property manager, including how the completed work will be reviewed before moving to the next area.
