How do tall walls and difficult access affect an estimate?
Height, sloping ground, narrow side yards and landscaping can change how the work is reached and protected. Send photographs of the entire building, not just the front. Access equipment and staging need assessment alongside the painting; a large wall with easy access can be a different job from a smaller but restricted area.
Can you include exterior woodwork without painting every surface?
Yes. Identify the doors, fascia, soffits, railings or other timber you want refreshed, and the surfaces that should stay as they are. Each existing finish needs review before specifying preparation and a new coating. A clearly bounded scope also helps protect neighbouring stone, glass and landscaping.
